Heidi (often) does not follow the specific instructions I have laid out in my templates. From the writing style (i.e. writing style, where to pull information from, what information to include/exclude, etc.); I have written very specific instructions in many locations to try to get my records to be as close to how I would generate them as possible, however, many times Heidi ignores these specific instructions and it ends up taking me longer to correct the things generated than if I had taken the time to just write it myself

I think the ask heidi feature is great, however a reasonable proportion of the time it does not amend the note/create a document as per the instructions. Common examples are when I ask for it to be "brief" when creating a referral or even more specific "amend to one paragraph only" and it will not follow this instruction. e.g. when asking to amend to one paragraph length for a referral it does on occasion just give me back the exact same very long referral letter
