My workflow: I open new sessions for my patients on my phone and record my rounds for transcription and generating a note. I then go to my desktop to review notes and copy-paste to my EMR. It seems that I need to always go to "context" and select "Past sessions" to include this data in the note generation. Then I need to regenerate the note.

I feel like it would be best for this either to be the default, or at least an option.
