Better support for well child visits

I'm fairly new to Heidi, but it doesn't seem to be able to structure very well the information we pediatricians like to see in our well visit notes. It is great at teasing out problems, but not so great at pulling together things like development, school performance, parenting, exercise, and so on, probably because they're so "normal". Of course more gets included a the higher detail level, but it would be great to see the basics included in a well visit note (which doesn't exist in the defaults).

I made a Rourke Baby Record template that might be helpful, its available in the community templates

You can set up your own custom note templates to achieve this. Within your custom note you can specify exactly what sections you want in the note, and what kind of information you want included as well as the level of detail.
