Have a separate tab for context notes from previous consults, reports etc. Have another tab for context relating to current presentation. Currently I try to direct heidi using square brackets to indicate a past visit note labelled with a date, which it sometimes can get confused with current visit transcript. Being able to drop refer to previous consults automatically would be gold

I find when I paste old notes into the context, some of it gets incorporated into the note as if it was from today's consult. It would be useful specifically label parts of the context as historical. Perhaps link old consults instead of pasting them into context.
