As a mobile clinician it is easier to dictate progress notes or transcribe a session using your device's audio recording.

Transcribing a session or dictating progress notes when your internet connection varies (e.g. mobile services, poor service), the Heidi app often loses what has been recorded before it processes a note. You then need to re-record your note.

Uploading device recordings is also a slow process, however a bulk upload option (e..g. selecting more than one recording at a time) would be an incredible time saver until the app can work/record offline.
