Context

At the event we discussed possibly having an option where you can verbally give context to the consultation before you start with a prompt.
For example,
‘for context: patients pottasium was raised at our last consultation and we had a normal ECG and agreed to repeat blood tests, we are discussing results today’
OR
‘for context: patient has background of crohns on xyz’
I think it’ll help make better notes. What does everyone else think?

I already do this and the notes do seem to record it appropriately

I like this. Being able to review/recap POC and current treatment modalities prior to the visit. Would cut down on the number of times you may have to go back into the record for certain information. It also creates or presents the patient story for any other clinician following behind or filling in. The past story the preface or abstract to the visit that is about to occur.
