Hi Heidi Team!
I’d love to suggest a feature that allows users to set preferred communication styles or language frameworks that better reflect their professional tone, values, or therapeutic approach. For example, as a clinician, I often use trauma-informed, neurodivergent-affirming, gender-affirming language when communicating with clients or writing care team notes. Having the option to set a tone or framework preference (similar to how users can currently choose 'formal', 'casual', or 'concise') would ensure responses align more closely with the values and sensitivities of different fields and communities.
This might include options such as:
  • Trauma-informed & compassionate
  • Neurodivergent-affirming
  • Disability-affirming
  • Somatic & parts-based work (IFS)
  • Culturally sensitive
  • Gender-affirming & inclusive
These preferences could help reduce harm, uphold best-practice communication standards, and increase relevance across diverse sectors — especially health, education, and social care.
Thank you for considering this!
