It would be really great to have the ability to customise your profession.

As an example: I can select other but then update documents that outline my profession if it is not listed and that way Heidi can work on generating notes that are more in line with wording, information and profession that I am in.

This would also assist as some professions are very specific and there may be medical abbreviations that mean something different in other professions.
