I have been testing several AI systems for our hospital in Southern California. I always come back to Heidi as my favorite. I unfortunately have to use work arounds as currently the IT department will not allow Heidi integration with Cerner the EMR we use.

I cannot even log into the website because it is blocked as it goes to Australia then servers in Germany??? This is according to my IT friend who's tried helping me integrate Heidi on my work computers.

My current work around is to use my mobile phone and email myself the note which I then copy and paste accordingly.

However to my suggestion. Scribe America has given me beta testing for Speke. The feature I would like to see used in Heidi would be a drop in box. For example in Speke I am able to copy and paste the lab results and imaging results and then Speke will automatically develop a medical decision dialogue for me to drop into my note. It is very handy and currently not a feature I have on Heidi.

I would need 2 issues resolved. I would need to be able to access Heidi on my work computer so I could then copy and paste the results into a drop box feature for Heidi to then give me a directed MDM paragraph I could use on my note.

This is a needed work around because I don't forsee the UHS system allowing integration with Heidi anytime soon.
