Desktop App Feature Parity with Browser Version

I prefer using the desktop app for telehealth sessions due to its reliable audio capture, especially with headphones. However, the browser version offers faster performance and additional features like tasks and contextual notes from previous visits. It would be beneficial if the desktop app could match the browser's functionality, providing a seamless experience without compromising on features.

Are you sure there's no ability to enter contextual notes on the desktop app? I was just about to download the desktop app. If that's the case, There's very little point for me.
Heidi says "... We’ve kept all of Heidi’s great features in the desktop app, so you can seamlessly access everything by logging in with your account ..."

If HEIDI reads us, it would be nice if the tutorials were convertible into French, because changing the language in the tab from English to French does not change anything... Thanks for the non-bilinguals.

FWIW, Heidi helpdesk informed me of the following:
"The desktop app doesn't have full feature parity with the browser version just yet, but you can absolutely add context - both by typing it in and dictating it through the context tab.
The main difference you'll notice is that note pushing to EHRs is currently only available in the browser version. But for everything else - including adding patient context, generating notes, using templates, and the core transcription features - the desktop app has you covered."
I plan to stick to the browser version for now. It does everything I need, including "telehealth" - if one sticks to the browser rendition of telehealth tools.
A bit more detail on the telehealth: I have very little issue with headsets with cross-browser audio capturing as long as the telehealth tool is offered through the same browser - either on a separate tab or separate instance (of say, Google Chrome).
The only time it glitched was when I swapped a new headset. In that instance, all I had to do was flush the browser cache (Ctrl-Shift-Del on Chrome) and Voila, everything worked as intended.
