I'm an NP working on a secure, locked-down Windows laptop where I can't install third-party software. I conduct telephone visits using web-based tools like Sermo or Google Voice in Chrome, and I use a Poly Savi W8220 headset to keep calls private.

Currently, Heidi only hears my microphone input — not the patient's voice, which is routed through my headset. I’d love a way for Heidi to capture both sides of the conversation, perhaps by listening to Chrome tab audio or using a browser-based virtual audio device.
