Enhanced Context and Transcript Blend

Ability to add my own notes taken during the session into "Context" would be invaluable! I imagine the AI then synthesizing input from the transcript with my notes, but using my notes as an "override" for any discrepancies.
This would also be extremely useful for generating a clean note from sessions where I wasn't able to get Heidi to work due to say internet connectivity problems. Currently when I use context it just seems to remove the details gathered in the transcript and reduce scope to simply what I entered into context.
My Context: I'm in psychiatry so details/specifics are very important. Sometimes the AI is mishearing the conversation (which is understandable), so I continue to need to take my own notes. It's a tedious process synthesizing/cross checking output with the notes I took to ensure that Heidi got it right.

Yes, I have found that too-- that the Ai uses historical recommendations from the " context" ( what I have pasted into the transcript file just befor ethe patient comes into the room) instead of the current ones from the transcript. I have tried adding some additional instructions to my template to get around this , but not sure about the outcome yet
