As a physical therapist, we have timed codes that we will bill for based on how much time we spend working on interventions associated with that type of billable unit. For example, one of those billable units is called "self care management." Heidi has gotten really good about picking up what information should fit into that category, but I haven't found a good way to get it to accurately estimate the amount of time spent discussing that information.
