Would be great to flag the AI's confidence on transcription - especially around drug names. If it is unsure, then it would be great to highlight that somehow rather than place a best guess - this sort of mistake is easy to miss on review and can have significant consequences.

eg, if it doens't really know what the drug is, then it highlights it in the note generated ?(modafinal 50mg)?
