Flexible date formats

As merged from previous, the Canadian Short Date format of YYYY-MM-DD is currently AWOL at the Heidi Systems Setting level. There is YYYY/MM/DD, which is not an official regional setting under Windows, for Canada.
Both YYYY-MM-DD and YYYY/MM/DD carry the advantage of being most easily sortable, chronologically, even without AI.
The YYYY-MM-DD is not only easier to read, IMO, but is also the official date format of a G7 country anyway.
Thanks for working to fix this!

System-wide D/M/YY Date Format

I want to use the D/M/YY date format without leading zeroes across the entire system, not just within templates. Currently, the system only supports English (DD/MM/YYYY) or American (MM/DD/YYYY) formats in Memory settings. It would be beneficial to have the option to set a custom date format like D/M/YY as a system-wide setting.

On the date format list, may be useful to show examples of each format (majority are obvious). D MMM YYYY may be less obvious.

When writing formal letters I prefer to use date format: 19 March 2025 rather than 19/02/2025. Can this option be made available?
