Folders for different clinic locations

If we could get separate folders for different clinic locations, that would help when searching for patient notes.

Active, Discharge and DC Patient Sessions

As an ER Physician seeing multiple patients, I was wondering if we could create different session files or boxes. This would include active patients, patients that have been discharged and waiting for final review and section when charts have been complete waiting for final deletion.

Session flags or folders

I need a way to flag the sessions for several reasons. So that I can do a draft and come back later to complete. Also so that my staff can flag when completed and sent out and if I need a priority completion

Manage sessions with filing and highlighting

Ability to manage and file sessions. Archive session in groups - by day or consulting session. manage sessions and highlight/shade depending on status. Eg session highlighted blue is booked/upcoming, red is complete but active, orange is being processed and green is done ready for checking. Then grey out might be for complete/archive. You could customise the colours to your preference. This would make it much easier to manage workflow.

Increase contrast highlighting current session

When reviewing each summary it would be helpful to have whichever summary is highlighted in a more obvious color so users can glance at it and see where it is in the session list. That slightly darker grey is very subtle skimming through the list of summaries.

Session Sidebar Organization

Make the session dates in the sidebar (eg. 2/17/2025) stand out for easier navigation. You could use bigger fonts, a different color, bold, underline, etc, just make them stand out. It would also be nice if they were collapsable. For each date, the sessions would be hidden until you click a carrot (arrow, whatever you want to call it). It would give it a cleaner look and feel more organized.

Organisation of sessions

It would be helpful to be able to organise sessions into folders or categories, rather than just by date. Also being able to mark the session as completed so it can be archived, rather than just deleted. It's quite messy scrolling through all the sessions if you have prepped future clinics

More colors to color code the level of complexity for each visit
SMC FAX
A lot of the titles on the page blend together (Patient, Context, the drop down menus etc.), the columns does not extend making it difficult to find a specific visit.

A simple band of color would go a long way.. i love the site and its worht it.. but it feels like i'm using microsoft notepad for 8 hours a day... a touch of color to break up the white would help with eye strain... vero for example has a clean look.

Agree, I prep sessions in advance to save time on the day. I would like to be able to put them in folders for the planned session day, rather than just when the session was created. Heidi does not integrate with my current EMR, so it is a very manual process for me.
