Have Heidi be able to follow instructions during a patient encounter

For some things, such as Worker's Compensation, there is legally specific language to be in an office note. For example, in the state of Florida, if I request something from work comp, I have to be able to certify that "the major contributing cause of the need for XYZ service is the original workers comp injury". It would be great in the middle of a patient encounter for me to speak out loud to Heidi and say something to the effect of, "Heidi, make sure that in your note you say "the major contributing cause of the need for XYZ is…"" and that way have her put verbatim text into the note for this purpose, or for any other purpose, including for specific complications of specific procedures, or any other time that I want a specific verbatim text to show up in the clinical note.
