Increased stability with longer appointments

Heidi works great for me until the session is more than 65-70 minutes long. If a session is longer than this, it starts to break down and produce less information. The longer the session (after about 65-70 minutes) the more information is lost. Initial appointments are typically 80 minutes for our psychologists. One of our psychologists is trying to use it for ADI-R's which can be 2-3 hours. It either loses information, doesn't include it in the note (I can ask for it to be added and it sometimes will) or it hallucinates.

Yes agree; Mo from Heidi I have have been using this for multi-patient MDTs that can run to 2 hours. The note will 'max out' after 2-3 patients (there may be 20 in total. I then consistently get truncations with messages at the bottom of the note screen along the lines of :-
"[Note: Continuing with remaining patients in same format, but reached character limit]"
the info is all in there for the other patients but its really tedious to winkle it all out and I've given up for the time being for this use case

Hi Danielle Rozon - we've noticed this on our own testing also. The detail is captured in the transcript, but not ratified into the note always in full force by the models. We're working on a little rearchitecture project to have it preserve detail on the longer sessions. In the meanwhile, a hack that has worked for me is simply asking Ask Heidi to inject more detail. Just a bandaid while we build something more robust and enduring.
