Often feels like the AI is remaking mistakes I often correct. I understood that one of the main features is that if should be "learning" for the individual user? often frustrating to be making the same edits for every patient time and time again. Especially if it omits information and I need to find it in the transcript (sometimes Ask Heidi won't pull it either).

This would make a tremendous difference in the note quality and reduce the amount of hours still needed for note completion as edits are needed despite templates

I am finding this also and it would be great for Heidi to be able to learn to apply information to myself as a user that I use specifically across all clients.

Hey Melina Dion and Jordan Knapman thanks for the feedback. I think your specific needs can be built into the template. We're working on a project now that should give you more granular control over the template outputs

Jordan Knapman We have a release lined up in the next month, which sort of fossilises corrections in a kind of global memory about your preferences applied broadly across all sessions thereafter.

Mo from HeidiI don't feel like the memory system answers that need at all.

Mo from Heidi As what Melina said, that really only addresses a spelling error. Helpful if for a name. I actually mean edits for things I want a template to do better, or if it misses the mark.
