Keyboard Shortcut to toggle between Transcribe and Dictation Modes

It would be good to have a keyboard shortcut to toggle quickly between transcribing and dictation mode.

Even better would be if could just record and then select output for transcribe or dictate as I have used the wrong mode a number of times!

Sometimes if you select the wrong setting, it would be good to be able to update mid transcript to make sure the correct note is produced.

When i have accidentally started a consult with dictation i would like the ability to @convert@ this back to a transcription.
