please make sure we can make letters or generate output from linked sessions for a client. it would be great to be able to select all or untick some sessions (if something confidential was discussed etc).

Link previous visit to recent visit to flow of information

Could you please let us know if this feature will be launched soon? It would greatly enhance patient care if information from prior visits could seamlessly link to new ones, ensuring continuity in treatment plans and data flow. This is especially critical for oncology patients, who often have multiple visits within short timeframes, allowing for a more streamlined experience without the need to repeatedly re-enter the same information.

I couldn't agree more - for those of us needing to write several 6th session review letters per week, it's too clunky cutting and pasting into context fields

Combine multiple patient sessions into one

I would like a feature that allows me to combine multiple patient sessions into a single session. This would streamline the process and improve the continuity of care by having all relevant information in one place, without needing to manually copy and paste details from previous sessions.

Link two existing sessions directly

Currently, there is no direct way to link two existing sessions. It would be beneficial to have a feature that allows users to directly link existing sessions without needing to create a new session and manually copy information. This would streamline the process and improve efficiency for users managing multiple sessions.

Linking session in patient profile.

Feature that would allow for subsequent day of hospitalization where pertinent information would be pulled in from day before and updated all the way to discharge summary. So not having to repeat same information each day to generate a comprehensive note. This would lead to creation of a discharge summary the will update and pull in all the data needed. So linking daily sessions.

I would like to see a feature where I can continue writing SOAPs under the same patient/visit. So each day is a new entry and the previous day remains unchanged unless I manually edit it.

In hospital SOAPs for multiple days. A continuation each day.

Agree. I have been pasting the previous visit into the Context tab with a note at the top saying "this is the note from X/XX/XXXX visit, please use this information as context but do not add to note as if it is new information from today" and it doesn't really work - it will upload the information from the previous visit to today's encounter, as if it occurred today. Not sure how to get around this problem.

Yes as a Chiropractor, it is nice to have the previous visit note as context to compare to current note and even have an option to add in a comparison of better/worse/no change from last visit. Having to manually do this every time is not efficient.
Is there a way to have a patient profile/name and then have seperate notes under that profile?
