Link all sessions without pasting into context box

I agree with this feature and others suggestions. Especially linking context between sessions for the same patient and generating summary letters from multiple sessions.
I use Heidi through Halaxy and their API integreation and would really love if this features will come through to using this in Halaxy rather than having to manually link patients in Heidi online.

So the session linking is great depending on what you're trying to accomplish but I agree with others that the perpetual context would, for me, be more valuable, and for the same reasons as noted (fam hx, dx, txp notes, etc.) especially because at the moment Heidi had no scope of reference for things like progress in services. I wonder about an angle beyond the context space, though, since it sounds like that is proving to be messy? With the box that pops up when you "change client details", which currently you can only change their name really, could there be a context box within that window that could inform across sessions?
That said, I have liked the past 3 session links is for situations like comparing noted progress, following up on (and using language associated with) past plans or suggestions, etc.
Thank you as always for your openness to feedback, Heidi team!

Hey all!
We've rolled this out to everyone in Heidi Labs
You'll just need to link your session to a patient and then you can include their previous sessions as context
Please let me know any feedback you have

Theo from HeidiSo exciting! Thanks
Is this online only? or also in the app?

Hi, there appear to be 2 different requests here - 1. the ability to have previous sessions accessible to Heidi so they can be taken into account in a new session; and 2. a persistent contextual note that carries over to all new sessions for that client. What I'm seeing is a partial no. 1 with the ability to have up to 3 previous sessions available to Heidi. Personally I'm much more interested in no. 2 as there are details that I need to have on hand each session e.g. someone's partner's name, children's names, etc. Thanks

Joe Gubbay, you can modify the follow-up templates to request it include this information. If your previous note has that information, the follow-up template should be able to extract that information and pull it into the new note as well, making no. 1 still viable as a solution.

Hi Theo, This seems great but I cant get this on my latest version of Heidi?
Theo from Heidi
Raff W: Just online for now but it'll flow through into the apps soon as well
Theo from Heidi
Joe Gubbay: Hey - I agree this is only part of the puzzle we're looking to solve and we'll be releasing more in the future around this idea
I've also created another feedback request for the second part so it can continue to be tracked:
Thanks for the feedback!
Theo from Heidi
Eric Wilson: Hey - it's just on the web browser for now but it'll flow through onto the apps soon

Automatic Preloading of Previous Treatments/Notes in Context Tab

I would like to have the previous treatment or note automatically preloaded in the context tab. This would save time and ensure continuity of care by having past information readily available without manual input.

Client Chart (memory for each client) - goals, dx, snippets!

Would love to have a place that all of the clients notes can be stored under one "chart," and for every new note to have the context of the "chart." In the chart items like goals, diagnosis, (and a "therapist only" admin notes section) can be stored that the created note can pull from so I don't have to go in and add these things each session.
*Also to be able to apply the "snippets" feature within each client's chart for separate personalization. This would be amazing!!

Yes! Having individualized memory for each client so I can reference goals, diagnoses, etc. would be so helpful!

I agree. Being able to link all the sessions will enable better continuity of care. Even after transferring old notes to the Context box, there is a risk of data loss in translation.

Select multiple notes for same client in order to generate a progress report or summary over time

To be able to select multiple notes for the same client and generate a summary of the progress of the course of treatment (rather than just one session) so it can be given to a client or sent to their next clinician

Transferrable Context

It would be helpful if the context could remain the same within a specific patient's chart, rather than having to add context every session.

Linked report writing capability

Neil Carter
I would like the ability to be able to have a report template that references data back through past linked sessions of a client. Rather than the need to copy transcripts into the context tab.
This would streamline report writing immensely
