Link multiple notes for a client and be able to upload other documents. Then be able to generate reports/letters which includes information from all the documents and notes. (eg. for an annual NDIS progress report)

It would be useful to be able to refer to multiple sessions when preparing a progress letter, review and report rather than just a single session. Often progress reviews and reports require summary of multiple sessions which we should be able to input for Heidi to summarise into a detailed progress review, letter or report.

It would be great to have client files so that I can add to that file each time a client comes. It would be great to be able to generate a report or feferral based on all the client's sessions, or specified visits/dates selected by the clinician.

Patients list

List of patients who I can click on and add notes regarding their most recent and previous appointment. Is ideally on the left hand side list of names (patients( and next to it ability to click to record the notes from the appointment.

Theo from Heidi This is very interesting and exciting. The "delete sessions" button is quite dangerous. Please give us some way to safeguard deleting by accident. For instance, you could give us the option to require a PIN to be required to delete a session. Some may not want that functionality but I would not want someone to inadvertently delete a patient.

For things like treatment plans, initial assessments, case conceptualization, referral letters, etc. it would be awesome if we could select multiple notes (ideally from a set of grouped together notes :) that Heidi could then reference ALL of, in order to create them, rather than only ever having one transcript or note to draw from.
