I agree. Being able to link all the sessions will enable better continuity of care. Even after transferring old notes to the Context box, there is a risk of data loss in translation.

To be able to select multiple notes for the same client and generate a summary of the progress of the course of treatment (rather than just one session) so it can be given to a client or sent to their next clinician

I would like the ability to be able to have a report template that references data back through past linked sessions of a client. Rather than the need to copy transcripts into the context tab.
This would streamline report writing immensely

please make sure we can make letters or generate output from linked sessions for a client. it would be great to be able to select all or untick some sessions (if something confidential was discussed etc).

Could you please let us know if this feature will be launched soon? It would greatly enhance patient care if information from prior visits could seamlessly link to new ones, ensuring continuity in treatment plans and data flow. This is especially critical for oncology patients, who often have multiple visits within short timeframes, allowing for a more streamlined experience without the need to repeatedly re-enter the same information.

This feature would be excellent, but is there a way it could be implemented without keeping all the transcripts? I would love to have my client's previous notes to be pulled as context into new notes, letters etc. However, I want to keep my existing settings that involve deleting transcripts after a day.

I couldn't agree more - for those of us needing to write several 6th session review letters per week, it's too clunky cutting and pasting into context fields

I would like a feature that allows me to combine multiple patient sessions into a single session. This would streamline the process and improve the continuity of care by having all relevant information in one place, without needing to manually copy and paste details from previous sessions.
