Yes, I have gotten to the end of a session and realized it stopped recording somewhere because of a lock screen or app switch.

you should mention on the app that you can safely lock the screen and it will keep recording. also, i notice that even when i minimize the app, and am NOT dictating, it still is accessing my mic.

It would be great if the app could have a refresh button as I often have to close and open the app to refresh

We're due to release our app to the app store very soon and I'll post back on here when it's available. This will include all the great features that Heidi has on the web
We're also looking at the idea of releasing a simpler version of the app, designed to focus on the specific needs of our users whilst on their phones. Theo from Heidi done. Forgot to add the ability to record in the background while on the phone, but continued recording while using other apps on the phone (eg EMR app, Google search, Google translate, Drug database, any other phone apps really).

Paula Bogosian Clements if your issue is due to your phone’s screen shutting off, you can disable the option for your phone going to ‘sleep’. If you’re an iPhone user, go to settings -> Display and Brightness-> Auto-Lock: click on ‘never’ and the patient can chat for hours without the recording from stopping! I hope this helps!! 😊

Abby Sturmer Hey Abby, I don’t have the option (never). The maximum I can see is only five minutes. Although my battery mode is not in the low mode battery. What should I do? Many Thanks
