As an extension of the "multi-practitioner mode" it would be nice to have a mode for reviewing with residents, students, or other trainees.

This would not have quite the same format as a patient interview (i.e. the default transcription mode) nor would it be quite consistent with he dictation mode (as there are multiple speakers, some back and forth questioning, discussion around the plan, etc.).

It would be nice if after a student presents the history (which, for a junior trainee would typically involve a fairly comprehensive description of all relevant information) and we collectively discuss the plan - Heidi could then transcribe a note.
