dictate into ask Heidi -it has been planned for a while now and lyrebird do it into context - perhaps make it happen after the note and leave it as accessible with typing during the listening process

Dictate into "Ask Heidi to do anything..." and context fields. Competitors do this (e.g. Kiwipen) and makes it easy to verbally say "make a referral letter from this note" for example as well as adding long cnotext to the note without typing for ages (voiding the point!)

Allow dictation (voice to text) when giving Heidi direction

You should be able to dictate when directing Heidi (rather than just typing). is when creating custom templates, and in the "ask Heidi to do anything" box. Please allow these instructions to be dictated (voice to text) rather than having to type everything

It would be really useful to have dictation option to ask Heidi instead of needing to type

Mo from Heidi can you do cistomisable drop down menus also so I can do it privately with the patient in thre room. I often ask it to do the same things tio improve the text
Mo from Heidi
Spiro Arkadianos Sorry, can you clarify what is meant by a customisable drop down menu?

Mo from Heidi IMAGINE CLICKING IN ASK HEIDI AND HAVE A LIST OF COMMONLY USED COMMANDS> I often use ask heidi to correct things that AI makes mistake of; (sometimes it does not listen to the instructions in the setup) sometimes you dont want the patient to hear it
------ eg. re write without reference to "the patient" or "the physician", re write adding more detail of the psychological issues and emotional issues as described by the patient, or re write wiithout reference to patient name or gender, re write removing the sections where nothing is mentioned, AAND when I come back from leave my patients ask about my holiday and Heidi thinks it is the patient so I write this: The gp has been on holiday - exclude any conversations regarding the holiday in the transcript.
this is to correct the text

Microphone option to Dictate into ""ask Heidi to do anything"

It would be helpful if we could dictate in the ""ask heidi to do anything" box rather than have to type.

Also being able to update Heidi with say new ordering protocols or referral guidelines from insurance, management, or specialty clinics. If the user is missing that information, Heidi can prompt them to fill that information or simply put '[MISSING CONTEXT]' in the case this information was not provided or asked during the patient interview.
For example:
Hey Heidi, I need you help updating your referral output for heart monitors.
Here's some context and solutions. If I am missing any of this information, I would like you to ask me for it if it's not anywhere in the context.
"The cardiology department has recently received several notifications stating patients need prior authorizations for heart monitoring. Here are recommendations for documentation to include the following:
• Be specific when describing frequency of symptoms. Are the occurring less frequently than every 48hrs?
• Has the patient had a recent Holter monitor and what were those results? Why do you want more information?
• Specify your intent to prescribe Zio for continuous ECG monitoring including the duration of wear. (specify either 7 or 14 days) Avoid using the generic term of “holter”.
• Specify your rationale for suspecting arrhythmia, what you are hoping to rule in or rule out with the monitor, and any implications for the patient preferences and treatment plan.
Also, the diagnosis code associated with the order needs to be somehow related to the need for the monitor. Common indications are abnormal EKG, palpitations, chest pain, syncope, presyncope, bradycardia, tachycardia, sleep apnea and chronic fatigue."

I think this has to be the single biggest change that would have a huge impact and save the most time! Would love to see this soon. Any ideas on when this may be coming?

Yes, yes, yes.... Being able to ask for documents by voice or control by voice. Make and print a patient summary is one such macro by voice.
