Many clinicians work with clients over long periods (often 20–30 sessions per year).

The current discharge templates and “Linked Previous Sessions” only allow 3 sessions of context, which isn’t enough for cumulative reporting.

It would be really useful if Heidi could generate a quarterly or annual discharge summary that automatically compiles data from all sessions within a chosen date range (or those tagged #DischargeSummary).

This would save manual copying/dictation time, improve accuracy, and provide a fuller picture of engagement and progress over time — ideal for solo practitioners and NHS-linked work.
