There seems to be a slight lag when clicking the Start transcription button, which has led to a few missed recordings. Combined with the always-on red dot in the tab (yes, I know this indicates the microphone is on), which makes it seem like the recording is happening, I often need to double check that the recording has actually started. When I'm juggling over a dozen patients a day, I don't always think to check if the recording has properly started, so either fixing the button or making it more obvious in the tab (eg changing the red dot to green when actually recording) would be extremely helpful.

Sometimes the transcription will stop recording suddenly after 1-2 seconds of being on (e.g. after the timer runs to 0:02 it says "there was an error starting your recording" etc).

At this time, I might have already put my device down and started talking so I don't realize it. You need to couple these types of alerts with a toggle for vibration/noise alert.

When a new session is started a red indicator symbol is in the browser tab but you can not tell if the session is actively recording or not. I would suggest the red symbol pulse if it is actively recording that way you can be assured it is actively working or maybe change the color when recording versus not recording.

it has happened to me a few times now where nothing got recorded. Turns out it was because app was connected to my AirPods, which were in my pocket instead of back in their case. It would be helpful to know from the app that nothing is being recorded

If due to a microphone or other malfunction the recorder stops recording during a session, is it possible to have a sound notification that this has occurred?
