Realtime cross-platform syncing

I have Heidi open on multiple computers in the walk in, where I travel from room to room. Since there is no automatic sync, I have to refresh the page to access the other sessions, which often is timely especially if Heidi starts trying to regenerate a note. If there was a session sync button then I could easily open a session that was created on another computer without refreshing the browser, saving time

I add a pt on one format, and it is no longer showing up on the other format. This is really inconvenient bc I use my phone to listen, but my desktop version to chart. It was working until the last couple of days.

Mo from Heidi There are similar requests for a refresh button that people are asking for for the same scenario as this. Can there not be merged?

Jake Ledger: Reasonable comment, but I do like contrast between requests, as - with or without realtime sync - we should deliver a refresh button, also.

On Desktop app, there is no way of refreshing. on browser at least you can refresh the webpage.

Allan Lee: We do want to create a 'hard reload' button, but in the short term I've been using the system right-click -> Reload action to reload my Heidi desktop app. Does that work in the interim?

Mo from Heidi It asks you to login every time I do anysort of refresh in the app so I've given up with it

The desktop browser does not refresh to reflect the changes if dictation is made on a mobile browser. One has to manually refresh the browser.
