Recording on Apple Iphone calls

I have an Apple iphone and it will not allow me to used Heidi for phone counselling. At the moment I am using speaker and recording on my ipad but I would prefer to do it with Earpods. Advice on how to do this or having someting in the app would help a lot...

I would like the ability to transcribe and record incoming phone conversations from a business handset. This feature would be beneficial for capturing important details during calls and ensuring accurate records of conversations. It would be great if this could be integrated into the Heidi app, similar to the existing transcription features for live consultations.

It would be GREAT if with the phone app it was able to transcribe/ record while a phone call with a patient was taking place on that cell phone. I.e. the app can record/ transcribe the call. Everything done on one device. It would be great if it could do this in the background.

Not only do I support requests for this feature wholeheartedly, I think this is a priority function that is way past due!
Tom: If it is easiest to let Heidi dial the number from within its phone app, so be it - display of personal mobile numbers can be turned off at the carrier level.  This is not ideal but a worthy compromise.
If I am not mistaken, Empathia allows dialing and transcription within their mobile app.
Ideally Heidi should be able to transcribe over soft phone / VoIP apps on mobile devices.  But I will take any partial delivery over the current total AWOL of this essential capability.
P.S., as to Heidi help desk's penchant for suggesting that one could resort to a "workaround" whereby one would turn on mobile device as a "speaker phone" so that a laptop to transcribe on its sound input ... Please just stop - if I had my laptop on me and with 5G / "Starlink" wireless data - I would be dialing from any compatible soft phone on my laptop already!
Therefore, the ability to transcribe over mobile device is an essential functionality.
