Red vs. Green colored Target in browser Tab

I use both Heidi, as well as our imaging software PACs, as well as showing patients diagrams, via Google Chrome. I see that the Heidi tab in Chrome has a Red "Target" sign when Heidi has an open session, whether it is recording or not. If would be helpful for the Heidi tab to display a Red Target when paused and not recording, and a Green Target when recording.

This is Ray's response when I brought this idea up in a Heidi Help session: "Your idea of the icon on the browser tab changing from a "Red Target" (waiting) to a "Green Target" (actively recording) is a brilliant and intuitive solution. It would provide that immediate, at-a-glance confirmation that the session is live and working correctly, allowing you to concentrate on the patient.
Currently, as you've noted, the tab icon doesn't change, and we see how that creates uncertainty."

Here's a screenshot of my Chrome browser showing the browser open to several Heidi pages, two of which are marked with "Red Targets" on the pages that Heidi is waiting for me to start a new session, meaning that Heidi is not recording. Pretend that this Google search page is, hypothetically, a patient x-ray image page or some other patient-related browser task. It would give me 'peace of mind' (or, more of it, perchance!) for me to see a "Green Target" on a browser tab on which I had initiated a "New Session", with Heidi actively recording a transcript. If I see only tabs with "Red Target" symbols, then I know that something is not correct, and I need to address my Heidi issue first before continuing with my patient encounter.
