I have the exact same scenario and I end up hitting F5 all day to refresh. When I work from home the clinical system is on a remote desktop that I can't copy into so I have to load heidi in that, and run heidi on the main desktop to actually do the recording of the call.
Would also be helpful for the desktop app too. I regularly do visits and record using my phone, then when I get back to my laptop I have to refresh the whole desktop app which then asks me to log back in again.
If the session is live and I'm logged in, a go back and check what's on the server button, refresh button would be so much more convenienet
