Display session name in deletion confirmation
U
Ursula White
When deleting a session, the confirmation message used to include the session name, which provided clarity and assurance. Now, it only asks if I want to delete without specifying the session name, which is unnerving due to the lack of an undelete option. It would be beneficial to revert to the previous format where the session name was displayed in the confirmation message.

Archive option

I would like to be able to archive the session s rather than delete. To enable refering back to a previous session for review but not cluttering up the past sessions list.
Thanks.

Archive or collaps old notes?
A
Alycia Straeter
Hi again!
I think the "archive" feature and what I am thinking of would be distinct because I assume in "Archiving" a note, eventually, that you could not easily click back to it from the pop-out menu that appears when you hover over a client, and I do still want to be able to do that even if a note is from a good deal of time in the past, depending on what I am searching for.
However, the notes list gets very long very quickly, so having a collaipsble/expandable "Older than 30 days", "Older than 60 days", "Older than 6 months" etc. type option would be wonderful. Or, perhaps, just a "show more" button that could be at the bottom of the list after, say, 40 notes on the list, where if you click the "show more" then it would should another 15, for example?
Thank you!!

Archive facility

I would like a temporary category possibly called archive. I have a fear of deleting the wrong note and I would like a temporary holding spot rather than having a complete deleted note. This would be in addition to having an option for complete delete. The archive can either be an indefinite or set for a specific amount of time before it is automatically deleted

Trash Can

I really think we need a trash can, just like there are for emails. I accidentally deleted two sessions / consultations by accident and I am distraught. If we had trash can that automatically deletes after a set time, it would safety net against this issue.

Patient Session Filtering
H
Heather Johnston
I wanted to suggest a feature enhancement for Heidi that could significantly improve our efficiency when reviewing medical records. Here are the key features I believe would be beneficial:
Patient Session Filtering:
Ability to filter sessions by patient, allowing us to quickly access all relevant records for a specific patient.
Link past sessions to the current patient view, providing a comprehensive history at a glance.
Inclusion of Past Appointment Information:
Integrate information from past appointments into the current session view, ensuring all relevant data is easily accessible.
Date Filtering:
Implement a date filter to allow users to view sessions within a specific date range.
Minimize older sessions to clean up the screen, making it easier to focus on recent and relevant information.
Archiving Older Notes:
Archive older notes to keep the interface uncluttered while still allowing access to historical data when needed.
These features would help streamline our workflow, making it easier to review and manage medical records efficiently. Thank you for considering this request.

Better session archive system
B
Brayden Smith
It'd be great to have archive system.
So once you have finished with that sessions (clinical note done, all reports generated). have the ability to have it archived so that you know that any of the session in the active lists are the ones that you still need to do something with, similar to how a lot of people do with our emails. especially given that now you can like session together that the client has done previously
In addition to this, Have any the smart dictation and transcribe sessions in separate categories/pages/tabs. as this would massively improve the ability find your sessions that were a smart dictation versus a transcribing clinical note session. As currently, you've got to scroll through everything to find a dictation session versus a client session, and it's a bit of a scroll of death.
Especially how often clinicians could use the smart dictation feature to make a few quick notes for things they need to do or for responding to an email. Or even for using during team meetings, meetings with staff and other practitioners.
We can't always complete the admin associated with/ from that smart dictation session there and then, and then you might end up with a few back-to-back meetings or client sessions where you are using Heidi, which then results in that session becoming a lot harder to find. ultimately slowing us down and defeating the true aim of heidi which is to make clients' life easier and less admin intensive.

ARCHIVE SESSIONS - yes please as at the end of a rehab program I ask the AI to draw information from all linked sessions to help me summarise my specific input linked to a goal or outcome.

Ability to archive or save sessions
R
Ramza Shahid
Sometimes I am unable to see a patient on specific day but want to save the session I have prepped. I wish there was a way to archive that session or save it in a folder else where. I am not integrated with my EMR so the "schedule" feature does not apply.
