It would be nice to categorise the previous sessions into folders so that you can jump back into them if looking for them. rather than purely based on search function
ie for me I would categorise based on date or on the address in which i am seeing the patient as I see patients from multiple different clinics.

Create folders by date. Also would be good if users could create folders and rename them (e.g. if you want to put all files of a specific patient in the same folder).
