Integrate screening (i.e. PHQ-9, GAD-7, PCL-5, AUDIT, and the CSSRS [these make up what is necessary for screening in primary care and other settings with integrated behavioral health). Screening in these settings allow for higher insurance reimbursement if they are completed. Most of us screen for these things in the appointment but it does not get documented. So notes just generally say “patient reports anxiety”. If Heidi could pull for those questions and provide a score or tell us the information that was missing if scoring is not possible, then it would also serve as a tool for clinicians. This feature would also reduce patient frustration with completing the same screeners at every appointment cutting into their therapy time.
