It just occurred to me that most physicians won't know about the term diarization, so it wouldn't occur to them to ask for it. In psychotherapy sessions, and certain practice styles that involve significant psychoeducation, diarization is essential to ensure that content said by the therapist is not ascribed to the patient, and vice versa.

I would also like to see the live transcript during the call. This was present for a while (beta version), but is it gone now?

Could we please have toggle to show/hide the transcription pane? And maybe a setting to choose to hide or show it by default? It's a bit distracting having live transcription if you're not used to it - but nice to be able to check it if you need to.

Brodie Carlon: Hi,
Thank you for your feedback. We understand that preferences for managing patient interactions and workspace layout vary, so we've added the flexibility to customise this experience.
You can now hide the live transcription panel from your session screen, head to:
Settings → Display Settings → Toggle OFF: "Open live transcription in split view
Your changes will apply immediately to all future sessions. Of course, you can re-enable this feature anytime if you'd like to change how it appears.
Live transcription will continue running in the background - simply click the 'Transcription' tab whenever you want to view it.
Thanks for your feedback – it helps us build a better experience for everyone.

I also want to see the live stream of the dictation and ideally for the system to recognize speaker 1, speaker 2, speaker 3...

I'd love to see the speakers labeled

I prefer to see the transcription in real time even though I'm using the scribe to generate templated notes rather than dictation. It's reassuring to be able to actually see that it's working in real time. Eventually, I'm also hoping that this can be expanded to also provide translated transcription in real time so that I can see what the patient is saying in another language as they are saying it.
