I'm loving the platform so far. Just a little suggestion regarding ease of use.
I have found myself accidentally clicking start dictation when I mean for transcribing, and this seems like a bit of a place for regular errors. I use dictation when entering notes after a consultation or whilst dictating letters, etc. Transcription is of course very helpful during a consultation.
I wonder if the team might think it more helpful to have these as two separate buttons on the top right-hand side of the platform rather than them being within a drop-down menu to avoid this mistake happening. I appreciate this might just be me, but it seems like this might be something common.
