One should be able to state in the beginning if this note is a , medicolegal report or clinical consultation, and then Heidi can generate different separate documents like a clinic letter for consultations and a medicolegal report as at the moment one has to give instructiosn for medicolegal and all medicolegal generate AoMRC letter which is not required. Also if one can keep a track of previous consultations and previous reports (medicolegal) and number them as initail reports or addendum and when creating newer report or clinci letter gets information automatically from previous sessions as i have to spend time for a follow up consultation to say when the operation was done and what was dicussed in last consultation for clinci and what opinion or prognosis was provided for last medicolegal report.
