Would love to be able to have a subtitle to session. Right now, all of the sessions for an individual patient only have the name of the patient and the date of the session. It would be nice if there was an option to add a subtitle to differentiate what that particular session is. For instance, if I have a patient who has a patient summary from previous medical records, my initial clinical exam findings/paperwork, a surgery report, communications, discharge paperwork, etc. This would make going back through the different sessions for an individual patient much smoother rather than having to either remember the order in which things occurred, or clicking through every session.
