When opening a patient’s session, please set the latest clinic template letter as the default tab instead of the “Note” tab.

During clinics, I keep two Heidi browsers open so I can start dictating for the next patient while the first screen loads the generated clinic letter. Because I often haven’t yet clicked on the generated letter tab, Heidi defaults back to the “Note” tab when I return to that session. Although the system currently defaults to the last used tab, this doesn’t help in this workflow, as the clinic letter has been created but not yet opened.

Every click counts during busy clinics. Removing the need to manually select the clinic letter tab each time would save time and prevent duplication or data errors.
