Sort out the iPad App

The iPad app is really poor at the moment. As a new user, I’m really disappointed and I am thinking of cancelling and going elsewhere. You can’t see the cursor when you want to correct the transcription. You can’t turn the pop-ups off. The menu choices are not intuitive, neither is the way the notes are generated. The handling of the AI generated letters etc, is really clunky, and the integration with server-side file handling is non-existant. I want to be able to save my files as a pdf and I want to be able to drop a photograph into the notes and annotate. I am a plastic surgeon with a specialist interest in skin cancer with reconstruction, so these features are really important. Finally, the way GP letters are created is entirely random with some good and some poor. Please can I have a template for my GP letters that is very basic as a starter package, rather than investing weekends tweaking them?

Hi Marc! We're working on an updated app version for iOS now, which will cover all the issues you are mentioning.
I am note sure what you mean by 'server-side file handling', can you expand on this please?
