Custom tags offer endless possibilities. Mark documents as complete or in progress (eg so secretaries know which ones to send out). Mark documents with outstanding actions (eg book scans). Mark paid or unpaid, etc etc.

This would be useful.
It would also be useful to be able to add tags to patients, for example if seeing patients in different hospitals etc.
