SUGGESTION:

Im reluctant to delete transcriptions for at least 12 months as this is valuable source-data info in case of a negative outcome.

It would be very helpful to be able to ARCHIVE transcripts letters in QUATERLY/MONTHLY FOLDERS as a tidy stop-gap to "ROLLING DELETIONS" AFTER 12 MONTHS

Im thinking that might be quite an easy fix ???
