Hey all!
We've rolled this feature out to our Heidi Labs users. You'll need to link your session to a patient, include the previous sessions as context and then inform the template to include this information in the output
Let me know if you have any queries or feedback
Thanks,
Theo @ Heidi Health

Theo from Heidi This feature does not address the initial request. As an emergency provider I need to provide updates with timestamps in the ED Course. For example "2025/06/02 12:40 PM CT resulted with SBO. Discussed with surgery Dr X. Patient to be taken to OR" where the timestamps are automatically created at the times where the recording is restarted within the same note / visit. For now, I am manually saying the timestamp outloud.

Timothy Soo Thanks for the feedback - we'll take this away as a separate deliverable

Yeah... I think Heidi has gotten better with dates but my template makes clear to always use MONTH-DD-YYYY (January 15 2025) and whoa boy, it's a crapshoot whether it uses that format or even gets the date correct. It is better, but I still have it throw dates out that are so far off. I'll say "Follow-up scheduled in 3 weeks on Jan 28" and it might give me a date in February, and, for a while, it was frequently putting in 2023 (future session, scheduled in the past...). Anyhow, yeah, something baked in would be great.

I would like for the free template to include an option of putting a time slot for the patient. That way, when the note is created, I know which patient the note was written for. I could also do this after the transcription is written, but I often find myself jumping from room to room and then at the end of the day, I have to input this. It would be better to have the ability to put hte time slot for hte patient before i enter the room and hit record. I tried doing this on the context form, but it didn’t transfer over to the note.

Hey there, we're planning on adding this feature very soon. Keep an eye out for it in the next few weeks!
