Love the 'memory' feature but... would also love to see our list of replacements sorted in alphabetical order. Also that it would handle various iterations of a word on its own. Canadian, here, so recognize (z vs s) would ideally include recognized, recognizes, etc etc.

I have "asked Heidi" to replace incorrect spelling of the cream "Efudix" which it continuous spells "Efudex" but it doesn't learn correct spelling. There should be a "replace forever" option as in other AI I have used but even thought I told it to replace forever it hasn't done this.

Hi Violet, our "Replace" feature can do this for you. Head to "Memory" under settings, and you can set up any replacements you would like Heidi to automatically do.

I would like to be able to set my language (e.g., Australian English) and for that language and associated spelling to be used across the application when generating output.

Hey everyone!
I'm excited to announce that we've started rolling out our new Memory section, which offers:
- Phrase-for-phrase replacements: Gain full control over your word library by setting replacements for common misspellings and abbreviations. This means Heidi can automatically correct them, saving you from having to edit your documents repeatedly.
- Custom date and spelling preferences: Choose whether you'd like Heidi to use American or British spelling and date formats across all your documents.
We've also introduced an
in-session find & replace tool
that lets you search and replace text across a single document, all documents within a session, or all future instances of any document you create, significantly reducing your editing time.I've added everyone in this thread for early access but if you're not seeing the feature, feel free to reply on this thread or reach out to me directly at theo@heidihealth.com and I'll get you added
As always, please don't hesitate to reach out with any suggestions or issues. I'll be happy to address them promptly.
Thanks,
Theo

Theo from Heidi I see the feature and turned it on but now what? Are there tools we should have access to? Thx and love this.
Theo from Heidi
Dr Lawrence Kosova: Hey, I've added you to the early release so you should see the Memory section in your account now
Full details of the features and how they work can be found here: https://intercom.help/heidi-health/en/articles/9913729-memory

Would be great for the team admin to be able to make some preferences, such as spellings and UK English language etc, for the entire team. This way spellings of local areas we refer to or names of staff members are picked up for all.

I would love to be able to add names to a dictionary within my account so Heidi knows exactly how to spell the name of Dr. Whatshisface or the names or local organizations I refer to frequently that have unusual spellings.
As an example, I once had a colleague named Nicolle, but I was constantly correcting her name from Nicole. If I'm able to give Heidi some references to draw from it would save a lot of time and correction.
Even with spelling out names I still sometimes see errors, so a more concrete data bank would be nice. Thanks!
