It would be beneficial to have Apple Watch support, allowing users to access the app's features directly from their watch. Holding my phone or having it out can be a pain during clinical encounters in an ER. Having my Apple Watch function as the microphone and being able to start a new session from a “complication” on the Apple Watch would help streamline use and free up my hands in case I need them for clinical care.

Yes! I wanted to suggest this as well. Currently I use Heidi by taking my laptop to the patient encounter. I'd prefer leaving my laptop in the drs room and having my apple watch have the option to record, and after i'm done with the encounter it seamlessly uploads into my heidi account.
