If I type in the ask heidi field "ALWAYS include CT findings under investigations, not history" it would be helpful to know that will improve future outputs. To be clear, I do this when Heidi seems to be missing something that is already in the template (my template says imaging should be under investigations, but the output included it in the wrong spot)
