Voice-activated snippet expansion within dictation and transcriptions

A competitor, Deepscribe, has a voice activated macros feature. Heidi's snippet functionality can serve a similar purpose if it is coded for voice activation/actuation. Eg: in session, saying the words "excellent! all systems normal!" would prompt expansion of the /normROS snippet. This elevates the snippets functionality from boilerplate text (for which other, more robust programs exist--I use Typinator) to an AI Scribe function, and I imagine it would not be prohibitive to code.

As it currently stands, this is a completed feature within "dictation mode", as I conversed with Heidi help last month and tested it out myself. The problem is that I seldom (as in never) use the dictation mode since transcription mode is so much superior for just a single voice dictation within a template.
The only things the dictation mode have over the transcription mode, I reckon, are that the former is faster and hallucinates less.
However, the dictation mode currently affords no vocabulary advantages as it does not even take prompts. Granted, it recognizes "new paragraph" more consistently, precisely through "Snippets". But if I just stick to the singleton "paragraph" as a trigger word in AI instructions, I can get a double line break in transcription mode 9 times out of 10.
Anyhow, this feature of verbally triggering a snippet equivalent is currently partially successful within the transcription workflow via "Replacement".
If you insert <br><br> into Replacement, you could even recapitulate paragraphing within your boilerplates. Now it's possible that this would only work on a browser as it could be an HTML parsing feature. I haven't bothered with the desktop app yet.
Caveat, to trigger your replacement insertion of boilerplate, use a reliably recognized noun as a lead word, such as "template, snippet, fragment, or macro". Initially, I was using "insert" which was my habit in Dragon, and it failed miserably as Heidi interpreted "insert" as an action within the transcription mode.
As of today, insertion of boilerplates within transcription workflow through Replacement works about 6-7 times out of 10. I'd say it is not fantastic but minimally serviceable.

Hey everyone,
We're currently exploring the value of using a trigger word for this feature, and we’d love your input.
For example — would saying something like “trigger {snippet}” feel more reliable or natural than just saying “{snippet}” on its own?
Would a trigger word help reduce accidental activations?
Keen to hear your thoughts!
Thanks,
Theo @ Heidi
