It would be great to have the option for a chrome extension/widget/sidebar so that I do not have to have a full window open in order to use Heidi. This would help with easy access and would serve as a reminder to start recording. This would just need to have a 'start/stop recording' button(s) and and a red dot indicator that it is recording. This is a feature of Empathia that was almost compelling enough for me to want to choose that service.
