Amanthi from Heidi Thanks so much! I don't know what is going on but a lot of data is missing in the notes. For example, when I say "Your blood pressure is 130 over 80" to the patient in Cantonese, this is completely not reflected in the generated notes, where no physical examination is listed in the notes at all.

Fiona Chow I found that it was better in December, but lately is very very off. I basically have to rewrite my note. I sometimes have to suggest my patient to try their best to speak in English

Janet Yang I agree. Sometimes there is so little information in the note that it is unusable. I hope they can fix it!

Janet Yang I agree! Lately Cantonese has been extremely inaccurate. I am not sure if the AI model used has changed as it was better before. Sometimes I have found Cantonese completely unusable and have to do a dictation afterwards
